Had been considering replacing our backyard lawn a number of years now. We have pets and the grass kept getting destroyed, especially during the fall and winter months. We tried fixing the patches, then doing partial sod replacement. The last couple years we had to strip everything and do complete sod replacement. Enough was enough. Kevin Saunders at Perfect Turf completed our synthetic installation this year and what a relief! Should have done this years ago! It is so nice, the new generation of synthetics are so thick and real-like, easy to keep clean and sanitary as well. We are so glad we finally did it. The installation process was very smooth. They completed the project on time, they were clean, and they didn’t impact traffic flow or parking lot space. 5 years later, I am very impressed with the product and service I received from Perfect Turf. The other tenants in the building are very happy with the appearance of the building now with the turf. It significantly improves the curb appeal and makes the premises attractive to high quality tenants.
We have had two episodes with vandalism (pretty good considering the bus stop and also being across the street from the youth emergency shelter), but Perfect Turf was here the next day, in both cases, for service. There is no longer any grounds maintenance, no dirt patch at the bus stop, and no yellow spots on the grass – we just have to keep garbage picked up.
The other day, I even saw a fellow sprawled out on our turf, under a tree reading a book on a summer afternoon – not sure if he was waiting for the bus or having a “Whyte Ave moment”. Synthetic grass is a hassle free way to improve the grounds at your home or office and I would highly recommend the team at Perfect Turf look after the project.
